Your weapons are too precise!

What you want is to produce a fuck load massive bombs and drop them across as wide an area as possible. Collateral damage is a necessary side-effect. ;)

Why oh why did you have to mention the Krummlauf device?

I'm gonna have to try and build one now :D - and its not as though I havent got enough projects to finish as it is!

heh, just thought of something that would really scare them. We need a Leutnant Gruber lookalike to run towards them wearing a tight pair of Lederhosen, carrying a tin of axle grease and a large bratwurst whilst shouting "hergekommen meiner liebe"

Dunno about you guys, but that idea scares the crap outta me!

I answered the door to the Pizza delivery guy last week in full Fallschirmjager gear. Think the delivery bloke nearly had a heart attack :)

"Ja, zat is vun with ze extra ham for ze Fuhrer, one with ze jalapenos for Herr Himmler, a plain cheese and tomato for ze oaf Goering (ja, he is on a diet), and Herr Speer will pay you presently - by ze vay, do you deliver to Stalingrad?"

I'll get me coat...

A while back I answered the door in chindit kit when I'd ordered a Thai meal... I then had a long discussion with the Thai lady who brought it about the uniform and insignia.

Upshot... they always remember my house when delivering meals! :)

Or spelling.

I think you'll find there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than you know! No copying, just planning. ;)

I find that pointing out to the yanks that their uniform is so scruffy looking that they need another one to be seen in public often cuts a nerve.
Plus if german kit and tactics are so poor why have so many of their ideas been taken on board by so many armies world wide?
Blitzkrieg, one shot anti tank weapons, the assault rifle, ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, the basic helmet shape, the integrated armoured division the list goes on and on and on.
Not forgetting the widely accepted fact that the landser was considered the best individual soldier of the war.
